Swim Level Change Request

This form helps parents request a swim level change for their campers

  • Please choose camper's current swimming level as noted on the registration form. Note, Camp Sonshine is not able to change a swim level unless requested or confirmed by a guardian.
  • Please choose the desired swimming level for your camper. Note, Camp Sonshine reserves the right to move your camper down a swimming level if camper is unable to pass the Camp Sonshine swim test.
