Camp Sonshine – Nebraska works in partnership with ministries around the world to provide and train leaders who can provide life-changing camp experiences.

We’re excited to be partnering with PLAEP (more below) to to help train and develop leaders from Kitwe to provide life-changing camp experiences during the time when school is not in session to reduce vulnerabilities for kids.

PLAEP is committed to send local leaders to Nebraska to be trained so that they can lead camps in Zambia.

Located in Kitwe, Zambia, PLAEP’s mission is to reduce poverty and disease, improve school access and quality of education, in crease household resilience, and to empower communities with sustainable livelihood skills.
